Hey does anyone know of the resistor values for a sigma gj ?
and where to get the resistors?

Re: Sigma Blower Resistor values
How electrically minded are you?
The reason I asked is that you can install a PWM speed controller, bypassing the resistor/transistor setup.
Massive overkill PWM Controller
Easy to do, just use the full speed line into the fan, some resisters, and a bit of re-wiring for the dash switch into the PWM Controller.
Cheers.

Re: Sigma Blower Resistor values
I have the same issue..fan only works on full speed. I managed to score this on eBay a while back. But half the dash has to be removed to wire it in. So the fan on full speed will do just fine.

Re: Sigma Blower Resistor values
It's not that switch that usually fails.
There are a few wire resistors and a transistor in the blower unit that usually die. When the blower is on full, they are bypassed so that is why it will only work on full.
Cheers.

Re: Sigma Blower Resistor values
Yep, and they are easy to get too by dropping the blower motor out, three screws from memory. I replaced the resistors in my red Scorpion.
Re: Sigma Blower Resistor values
Also, they are an open coil resistor (old school) you may be able to solder the break back together???

Re: Sigma Blower Resistor values
Looks like I was wrong about the transistors..
Only resistors.
Still believe it would be a better option with the PWM Controller.
Cheers.

I think I have one of them
