New Rank = GFX Developers

New rank is Graphics Developers, they will be the ones making graphics for sigma-galant.com from here on..
the first new recruit is; 84GKSIG.
So id like a warm welcome for him, some of you may have seen his work on the forums already...
If you find yourself suitable for the position PM either me or Dave.
