Thats a shame But at least you know your limits, I've seen quite a few on here that didn't know and found out the hard or expensive way Its always a shame to see some poor old car getting butchered Funny part is a few have accused me of this, and think that hulk won't ever see the black stuff But do...

Re: little hulk
You would definitely need to cut the tunnel even using the kia gbox which is smaller but a little tunnel mod and that would be the extent of the body work in a Sigma or scorpion body , hoping someone local takes up the challenge ! Anyway if anyone is keen I can start another post just on the v6 and ...

Re: little hulk
Oh okay fare enough, it is a massive conversion into a la , I don't think to many people would pull it off But I am surprised that no one's had a crack with a sigma or scorpion I reckon it would be quite easy , theres a mile of room in there engine bays But like you said not to many could be bothere...

Re: little hulk
Not sure how to take that I need a heap more room around the back of the heads and I don't want it to look like a heap of patches The factory firewall is a one piece stamping and in places its .5 mm thick where its stretched , so trying to make that look unbutchered would be near impossible , withou...
Re: Maverick
Nice work , you realize that a sigma turbo kit is astron 1 , but can be modded to suit astron 2
I still reckon you should go efi straight up
And are you fitting a oil drain to the sump , while its on the stand ?

Here's a pic of the "upper part" of the hot water side This is a mix and match of parts from pagero , triton and challenger But yes I have to modify it and not just a little it doesn't fit under the bonnet and hits the rocker cover , the connecting pipe to the rear housing is to long and t...

Re: AE86 front suspension into LC
Is the wheel track close ? I reckon its do able but who are you going to get to fit it ? How much will that cost ? Would it not be cheaper to mod your struts for coilovers and just buy a hop stoppers big brake kit and fit it in a day ? Rather than paying someone to mod your chassis rails , then you ...

Mate its only worth something if you can find someone who needs it
Your probably better off throwing it on ebay
The gearbox is worth the most out of it , id say 200 for the box
But be prepared to wait a while before it sells, if at all !
Just my 2 cents

Yeah , I need to sort what I want to do with the intake manifold as that will set where the water pipe will fit So I need to make a few parts fit up the second half of the intake and then make the custom water housing Also starting to look at doing the firewall and tunnel , I bought a sheet of 1mm c...

Re: AE86 front suspension into LC
If your prepared to make all new mounting points and the ae86 is millimeter perfect for width it might work Be careful though it may not produce good results The lancer front end has some bad angles in its design , if you were to stiffen the front end mounting and lower the radius rod pivot there a ...
