When u change it to gasless it gives a hotter weld. Less chance of blowing holes and less splatter. Someone will have to back me up on this on.

Just wondering I have a stock 2.6 carby engine I want to put flat top pistons in ,how much can I shave off the head or not worry about shaving the head. will the car still run if it's to high compression for a carby set up. And will I have to retune the car for the flat tops. Cheers

Ive got a small black box but in the manual it says it's a fuel relay. There no other black box. Is it the black box in front of the ac unit when u pull it out of the magna?

Does the dizzy control the injector as well as spark. Cos in the dizzy connection where the wires go it's all rusty maybe the sensor in the dizzy is stuff? I live in Sydney Sutherland shire. Thanks for all your help boys

ive got a gh sigma turbo 2l m4 motor wondering if the turbo manifold fit my 2.6 m7 head?

Just wondering owned a turbo gh sigma with number plates ts16ma mates buying it, who ever did the work on it spent alot of time and money on it.

get a spray bottle of soapy water spray it around your engine see if the idle picks up. not sure wat that motor has. check coil. dizzy if they have one.. and also check your airmass sensor. that will make it run rough and stall.

U guys get a adpter to fit the 3/8 line from the tank or did u put 1/2 all the way to the tank?

Cheers boys just got a vl fuel pump from local wrecks for 60 bucks. It's got a large inlet and a small outlet. Is that the right way or does it go the other way?

just put a m7 efi setup in my sigma. all i need now is a fuel pump. not sure what to get. as in fuel low and pressure. i can get a psi 8-12 350lph or a 220lph or should i go even lower like a 2-5ps 60lph.whats pressure and litresper hour should and get? im running standard injectors and regulator

on the side of your carby there is fuel cut off solenoid. take it out and see if it moves when u turn the igniton off and on

yea its going good mate everthing is is bolted in just need to get couple hoses and it will be done and put power to the ecu.hopefuly start it this weekend.

hey thanks for that mate. my throttle body has 2 coolant pipes couldn't see it on your one. but i think they go to side of the manifold... and i see you are not useing the tr magna coil pack how come u using the standard one or doesn't it matter?

just got a whole efi set m7 head for my gh sigma. put the head on all the manfold and shit. everything seems to be a tight fit. only problem i think im gonna have is hooking up the ecu. anyway does anyone have pictures of a m7 setup in a gh sigma they can show me just so i can see where all the heat...

i use 15/40w oil in my sigma and 95 before it was turbo and 98 since its been turbo. for big service replace, diff oil, gearbox oil, engine oil, powersteering fluid, oil filter replacing the coolant is probably good idea since u dont no when it was replaced last. only cost about 20 bucks for 4l. rep...

im doing a efi conversion on my sigma. theres 3 yellow plugs going into the computer. what colour wire do i have to put power to? and is there anyother wires i have to hook up to anything else? cheers

should i put a airflow meter before the turbo intake or after the turbo just near the throttle body?

how do u adjust the steering on a 81 sigma. got a little free play in the steering, do u have to undo the round thing with the holes or move the round thing with the squares cut out?
