Should be 5 at idle
And 32 to 40 all in at around 3000 rpm
Can be checked with a digi timing light
But its more likely you have a low comp engine therefore much less go power

And im pretty sure that a astron ecu is very different from the v6 ecu
Considering there completely different in every way

So I was talking to a "injection guy / tuning , computer installer" today And he reckons that the mitsubishi ecu is the best one to use ? Its completely tune able with a lap top , I didnt realize that this was possible So if I use the right sensors I should be able to do most things that a...

Yeah its quite large , and with current oil prices your right , but its all good ,cheap engine insurance I reckon So I got a few more little things to tidy up before the engine goes back in , and I will get some pics of the sump installed , I think there's good clearance , but I do have to relocate ...

Well there you go ! 142 kgs for a 4g32 So a astron is not that much heavier But just proves that the old technology is crap compared to new ! A 4g63bt complete at 156 kgs is a couple of kgs less that a non turbo astron and 90 odd kws compared to 185kws Then in my case the v6 is 2500 (less than a str...

Yeah I got a feeling a 4g32 is 115kgs but not sure if thats complete fan to flywheel, but only time will tell So the sump is finished, while its baking after paint I finish welding the drivers side engine mount , I also cut the triangle into it so I can do up the mount nut , gives me room to do it u...

Do the std rockers , measure at valve
Then do the rollers
I think you may find some weird stuff starts to happen

Spot on jimmy Mitsubishi are renowned for bad oil control and lack of oil So thought I'd better fix the issues now , and I needed to clear the crossmember and steering As ive said im using .6mm sheet , for better heat transfer and light weight, not so easy to fab and weld !
