hmm cant say im a big fan on how you've welded that with the patches, should really of been but welded right along the cuts... i agree with what your saying about it being stronger than the standard welds etc but yeah. trying not to be negative mate but great work none the less :D

You realise.the piston.seal.seals.on the.piston right? If the piston surface.chrome isnt pitted or damaged that pitting in the bores not going to hurt chucking a kit through it

if you've got the control arm separate from the vehicle put the steeing arm on the anvil at the back of a bench vice and give the arm a bloody good hit with a decent hammer right on the side where the balljoint passes through the arm, they will separate, just need a good shock. failing that you can ...

I always read the updates on this even if i dont post, great work! What sort of boost are you planning on running once the car is sorted? Also what pistons are you using? Sad to hear the torque convertor issues are still happening.

i usually chuck em in a old butter container filled with oil, let em sit for a while then work each one individualy in the oil to get it inside. They will be noisy on start up for say ten mins then should go quiet. sounds like yours are stuffed!

i used camira inserts on my race car, about 50mm was cut out of the shock tube.. whos gonna know its been cut if you put coil over sleeves over the weld? and theres no issues cutting aqnd shutting them if they are welded propperly

one heat range colder than stock. If your having detonation issues the spark plugs are the least of your worries.

how are the cam cap dowels going to change size if you have the cam ground?? no such things as bearing shells for the cam on a saturn, you need to get the cam tunnel line bored.

Not sure about ga/gb but if you have a gc then only gc/gd sedan axels are your choices

lol why would you want to? the stubs are non removable, chuck it away and get some sigma struts.

wagon axels are longer than sedan ones, so wont work. if youve got a sedan then gc/gd axels will fit.

surley any competent mechanic can make an exhaust with enough clearance to stop it hitting on everything? Its a bit hard to take pics of the systems, they look like every other sports exhausts?

mine has 4-1 extractors, single 2 inch pipe with one hotdog resonator and a redback muffler, sounds ok, def louder than stock
