It maybe a GC type 1850. My GC Hardtop is a 1976 model. It would depend on the type of grill and tail lights it has I would think.

Your Lancer should have a 1600 Saturn in it at the moment so pretty much any Saturn will be a bolt in affair, the 1600 is the biggest though

There are 2 larger Saturn motors, the 4G35 and 4G37 though they are a bit harder to come by.

I know a few guys with LA Lancers who've experienced the same issue.

This might explain why my second LA used to always scrape the front guard lip when I had my 13 x 6 superlites on it. Used to do it always on this one particular Rd that had this nice dip section in it.
