Extractors always help! Tritons are fitted with flat top pistons, so you already have a high compression engine. All of the above suggested mods will be noticable with this engine setup. Hey,
While im not too busy at work (and while i still have a job....) i was going to make up a few turbo heat shields.
So if anyone has close up photos, dimentions etc of the factory sigma heat shields could you post them here or foward them to me please?

i think its pretty obvious why its like that owned by a bunch of guys that have commodores and are on just commodores fourum its the sickest way to have your car with no rear springs and standards in the front i dont get it how can this look any good like no rear springs and its instantly hectic lo...

Thanks fellas, i am very proud :) my wagon has been in the family for about 13 years and ive owned it for 8 of those.
