Hey Jose! Welcome to the forum! If you are looking for parts I can suggest to keep an eye on Skap's tread in the "for sale" section. He has NOS parts for sale and sometimes he might have something you need. I recommend him! And otherwise there are also a lot of groups on Facebook, eg "...

Re: lb hatch spongey brakes

Hi wondering is this the norm or do i need to have a closer look at my brakes. The brakes work quite well but require a bit of a pump to come on hard, the fluid level is fine, and with about half a pump extrathey on well, but if you just apply gentle pressure and don't pump it the pedal will go qui...

Hi Giert I found already a German workshop manual. It has in the back the wiring schematics but of course the text is in german... Someone scanned it in black and white so I don't know if it's clear enough for you to work with... here it is: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/90172943/Galant%20-%20...

Hi Giert! Great to meet another member from Europe! Your Galant Sigma looks really great! Pitty about the modified electrics but that i'm sure you can get sorted out. If you want I'll have a look in my collection of books and see if I can find you a wiring schematic... Geezer: Yes, we have a very hu...

Looks awesome BT! How are you going with clearance between the EFI manifod and the brake booster? And it looks like you've gone to the effort of making a custom external water gallery to accommodate the heater unit. Thanks Geezer! Re: my gb

The carbs are DHLA40 dellortos and cost me $500. But that was really cheap! The manifold is a 4g3x specific manifold yes, unsure of it will go on belt drive engines though as I'm uneducated on those :) When you find these manifolds (it's a lynx manifold), they're rather expensive. And to buy these ...

other thing to consider might be gearbox-wise: i think forklifts have an auto-box and maybe your car has a manual? Could give probs with clutch/flywheel attachment... I was told that you can't fit a flywheel/clutch on an engine which had a auto-gearbox... something to do with difference in crankshaf...

Re: fuel tank question

Thanks guys! Well, the flange for the pump is now cut out of the Galant GTI/GSR tank and welded in into the Celeste tank. Now the tank is in a shop to have the pump/pump bracket modified and to have the tank tinned. While the tank is cut open to have it tinned, it's also easier to fit the pump. Chee...
