what size jets for my weber on my 2.6
as the subject suggests, I put a 34adm weber on my scorp ages ago.
but it runs way too rich, since this mod has been done a million times I figure someone could give me a rough idea I will grab a few sizes and play around till I get it right. I just need a ball park.

My understanding was that as long as there was a firewall between any fuel system and any passengers it was legal, for obvious reasons. so my guess is with a hatchback it might be dubious.

I bought a rebuild kit late last year from sprint, they were about thirty bucks and they had them in stock. I also have the one inlet one outlet type for my 2.6.

my scorp came with a 50a alternator when I chucked in the 720 watt four channel amp and upgraded to a 70a magna one the alternator light still got angry, once I fitted the 85a magna one with a new regulator it was all good. buying the magna alternator from u-pull it was thirty bucks plus fifty for t...

Re: alternators
The magnas also run 70 amp alternators, I got my 70 amp one from u-pull it for thirty bucks. which struggled with my 720 watt amp so I went with a 85 amp one for another thirty, then bought a new regulator for fifty bucks.

Re: Did the astron 1 2.6 ever come with a mikuni from factory?
are you talking about the tin can on the strut tower with the three fuel lines? If so its just an emissions thing the fuel line goes in from the fuel pump then one line comes out and goes to your carby, the other returns fuel vapor to your tank. its pretty much useless. if you want to find out if it...

Re: Did the astron 1 2.6 ever come with a mikuni from factory?
My astron 1 GH scorpion had a minuki, I replaced with a webber. probably too far to post but if you run out of options you can have mine. but from memory it ran pretty crap too. have you looked at your fuel filter and checked your return line isnt blocked? you can buy a rebuild kit for the fuel pump...

I am with you all the way, thats why I put the ge vents in. that old school look with the round headlights is so cool. I never heard the wagon front ends would fit. Re: from NA carby to EFI... how???
Actually SpEC_OpS some ECU's do connect, in a way, to the A/C and Power Steering. It is merely a digital signal (ie:ON or OFF) so the ECU can adjust up the idle speed if the A/C and/or Power Steering pumps are working. Some ECU's may also be programmed to "DISABLE" the A/C when you're at ...

Re: from NA carby to EFI... how???
Go to the old site, there is a 14 page thread on this very thing. NOW my questions, with the ecu do you need to connect it to all your electrical gear or do you run power to your ecu and fuel pump and it just manages the engine. do I need to connect it to stuff like the air conditioner. I really don...

Re: Has anyone used the GE sigma vents in another car?
I cut out the vent from the gh guard about 1cm around the lip of the vent, then cut a hole in the scorp guard the shape of the vent so it overlapped on the inside and arc welded it (What a pain in the ass making a million spot welds so it didnt warp on paper thin metal) then grinded it flush and fil...

FIXED, Took the car to auto electrician, the douchebag who owned the car afore me put a sealed beam headlight where he should have put a changeable globe and the wirings different and meltafied some of my wires over time... Just unlucky that they should stop working after I was fiddling with stuff.....

There is no power to that fuse at all, I diconnected the dimmer switch when I took m dash apart and it says in the astralian manual if the dimmer switch has had it it will stop your lights. Is there any way to bypass it or check it?

None of the lights work at all, the tail lights, head lights or dash lights. I pulled my dash apart to re-cover it I might have bumped something but I dont wanna take it all apart I want someone to narrow it down for me.
