Re: Prob getting car to start.?ECU
Yep that was the problem. Thanks - so solved I think I was using the sigma manual when i should have used the magna manual when reinstalling the dissy. However even with the magna gregorys it was still about a tooth out in the end even when it was followed so go figure!. Was good to drive her again ...

Yes mate thanks . The green struts ,brake rotors, pads, calipers are all there about 2-3 yrs now gathering dust. Finding the time is hard...hopefully over my 3 weeks off after the 17th Dec. I'll get her going at least, with the new head...and possibly resurrect the turbo / intercooler idea at the sa...

Re: How much boost for computer?
nope, i did not. i cant imagine that would run well, if at all, as it has no MAP sensor it would have no idea how much fuel to put in as it would be running on a factory set value for that RPM point. Cheers , its just that that I have my TR EFI 2.6 conversion running without the AFM ( and o2 sensor...

Definately scarcer ...same with galants and Lancers. Most will probably come back from China as Cherrys.
Even between me and dad .We had 4 Lancers ...now we're down to 2 and some panels/interior bits.(N.B. 1 given,1 sold ...not crushed!)

2.6 Injector sizing/running problems
hi there . I have been playing around with the Lancer again (been a while), in an attempt to get her running better (see in my "builds" history!). Now she's got a 2.6Lt turbo motor that I've removed the turbo from and have a TR/S injection system and extractors on her. Problem is it is rea...

Re: factory turbo carb cd 175
I had one on my sigma turbo some years back. You can get good power out of one...if its set up right and there are a few mods you can do on one to get more...like everything i guess! You'll need to get it recoed to start with and then find a dyno tuner that knows them for setting up at a certain psi...

Not bad ...yep they drive great...unusual colour scheme, maybe the top was done blue to cover over crazing/sundamaged silver by the previous owner.
Is that silver trim over the wheel arches?

Yes its pretty fast Dave .Suspensions pretty hard though ...but great in the wet!.
Fuel economys really good surprisingly ...get under 10 L/100km around town so long as you keep the revs low.
A worthy replacement til I get the Lancers fuel woes sorted
