Without sounding like an idiot ,can I ask why you ran your intake over to the "hot side", was it so you didn't have to mod the intake plenum? or ready for a turbo setup?...

Well, it was under 3 grand,we are hoping to have the few little paint issues sorted and a few other mods and have it regoed all for under 5g,..

Well, my Lancer gets roadied next Wed.,....I am flying down Tues 3rd ,get it regoed, do mayhem on the 7th then (If I haven't broken it) drive 1300ks home to Townsville .,it's going to be an epic week for me.....

I have a small block ess and a few lancer hatches,..these are great fun cars....

We are hoping to get a roady and rego this month ,flog it at Mayhem on Dec 7th and if it doesn't blow up drive it home....am already collecting bits (extra bits) for it like 245 rears, colour code a rear louvre , and maybe a mild 2.6 ,..don't want to take too much "originality " out of it ...

Well 2l is out of the L200 and it will be getting picked up soon. I just realised it's 7 months since I got this car ,..but it is still tucked up in the shed.....concentrating on other missions......Not much other progress ,I did say it was long term.,,,lol

Ok it's not mine but I hope you don't mind the shots, a mate of mine built an awesome Lancer hatch , got it mod plated, then wasn't happy so stripped it back and went again...these are serious mods and I am very jealous...He doesn't interweb much and has bulk cool Mopars Here's a couple of shots... ...

Oh by the way this install is awesome, I bypassed a "Blown Hemi" install in a duster to check out the engineering work on the Lancer.......

yeh it's some form of plastic not 'glass, but I think it may be Aunger , who did the external window louvres..... I am thinking of "blinging" it up with '70's "fast food" ..what we used to call cars with the "bolt ons" but didn't help performance...... ..
