from a good source i got to know that the 2 door Lancers have different carpets than a Lancer hatchback/Celeste
Anyone willing to ship them a LB/LC Lancer hatchback set? Then I will get carpets that will fit :p

carpets Lancers
Hi guys
Is there anyone around who knows if the carpets of a 2 door LA/LB/LC lancer are the same as the ones for a LB/LC hatchback?
I found this site which makes new carpets but the hatchback isn't mentioned just the 2 door and the 4 door Lancers:

Re: Hi all
time for a small update i think: The 4G63 SOHC twin carb has been swapped for a 4G63 DOHC N/A now, but it's still a work in progress. I'm now waiting for a thermostat housing, intake manifold and fuel tank to be modified. The first 2 will be custom made and the tank will be modified to fit an in-tan...

Re: What do you want to know how to do?
Clutch is more about if it fits over the input shaft on the gearbox than the flywheel (talking 6 bolt flys). There are only 2 sizes of pressure plate, 215mm and 225mm. As far as I can tell; 225mm is for wide block Astron 215mm is for everything else :P I have a 4G52 flywheel and clutch that was fit...

Re: What do you want to know how to do?
How to fit a Jap 5 speed to a 4g63?? (What clutch, plate and fly) is that good enough of a question? Or should I just post something? :) I think this is a great idea Dave! And should be stickied I can already say that I used the clutch from a 4g52. The clutches between a E39A Galant GTI (over there...

wanted: picture of bottom side body
Hi guys Does anyone have a picture of the bottom side of the Celeste (LB/LC Lancer hatchback) body, just above the differential? I have there 2 bolt holes but there is nothing mounted. And I have the rubber damper installed about 20 cm's forward of it... Should there be a 2nd damper on that location...

Re: fuel tank question
To save your own head (quite literally) take it to a professional who will crack the tank open for you.....you will have to pay, but you'll live long enough to see inside the tank! Well, the idea is to use my spare tank, which is empty and vented by laying in the shelf for years now. I have a fuel ...

Re: New LB - LC Hatch door rubbers for sale
If i understand Lance when he says it fits his LB hatchback then i think it's indeed LB and LC hatchback iso LA - LB.
I would think that the LA/LB/LC Lancers have a shorter door (in lenght) than the Hatchbacks. Can anyone confirm this?

Re: KM132 Clutch confusion
Hey IncorpoRatedX! You can always try a Plymouth Arrow 5 speed gearbox, those should be cable operated KM132's with short tail housings. I think also the Plymouth Sapporo /Dodge Challenger / Dodge Colt have those gearboxes but they have the longer tail housings... Well, the European versions of thos...

I think it's a Saturn without balance shafts, so the extra 2 cilinders will make it run smooth and quiet and add a some power. Nothing spectacular i guess

i believe they were in early to mid model lancers (aus) in a DOHC + EFI format They were the 1.8 DOHC engines (G62B) No rwd exhaust manifolds that I know of are available for it - it wll have to be a full custom thing. ive seen many CA/CB GSR lancers with the 1600 dohc efi engine Maybe those had th...
