Re: Searching for New Moderators...

For now with the current site traffic I think the need is there for only 1 extra mod.
I have read through all 3 cases, I don't know who to choose?
It's not a glamorous job.

Re: Searching for New Moderators...

So all 3 of you are prepared to spend about 1/2hr a day removing spam posts (that's what it currently takes me). The spammers are smashing the forum atm. Ordinary members don't see it as the mods/admins have to approve the first couple of posts of a new member before they can be seen on the main pag...

Re: Help with GA Galant Ball joints.

I personally don't think is a problem, so long as the part is a press fit.
The original ones never had any kind of clip at all, and just relied on being press fitted in place. My wagon, still currently has press fitted lower ball joints in it.

Re: 1977 No Fuel Return Solution

I did the same thing years ago, I swapped the fuel lines and the tank over to solve the problem.
Don't use the breather line for fuel return whatever you do. The last thing you want is a sealed fuel system. What would happen when the temperature rises? The whole system would pressurise.

How about some pics?

Re: Yellow South African COLT

The white is the factory colour. Painting is all about the preparation. I use paint stripper to remove the paint, I then file finish the panels (to show up any imperfections), trial fit all the panels to work on panel alignment, then start the actual painting process. As far as your door is concerne...
