slipping the manifold in may be a little difficult without first removing the studs then going for something like a bolt with a spring washer??

I bought mine done (from GB_BB4C, lol) but I think he said it was about $100 I bough a different plenum first, that had the front and rear plates cut off, swapped and welded. you'll find depending on how you go about cutting length from the runners it will bring the top half of the manifold much closer to the dizy and fuel rail so same amount you cut from the bottom you'll have to cut from the top, depending on the degree of your cut, may change the angle the plenum will...

that i dont know, how ever if he has a factory sigma turbo carby his 175 will have 205 internals and mine seems to have no problems delivering fuel @ 20+ psi

assembly lube, torque wrench, rubber mallet, piston ring compressor, if youve pulled the head apart, valve spring compressor if not dont worry. but with the work your putting in you may as well give the cylinder head some TLC as well. whats being done with the cylinder head? not every one dose this ...
