Got the same problem, cannot register with surge tank in the hatch.
Will yours run at all without the surge tank, have seen a Toyota sprinter
without a surge tank and it ran okay. A m thinking of getting a fuel pump
from a injected car and putting it pump into my tank.

Got spot weld drill bit at Trade Tools $24.50 works like a beauty.
Bloke behind the counter was a f---wit.
Oh need to use low speed with these drill bits into steel.

No im not parting with them, I have had enough at looking at them so im using

I drive the family hack Ford Falcon AUII Wagon Forte, need to get GC Galant Wagon on the road
don't like paying for the fuel bill for the Falcon, biggest thing I carry is a surfboard. Got a little
welding to do and then hopefully Slimer will put some fresh paint on the GC.

Does anyone use spot weld drill bits

Am looking at getting a couple of those spot weld drill bits,
have to strip two lancers am told drill bits come in two sizes,
1) what size should I get ???
2) what price should I pay ??? quoted $38.00ish.

Have to clear the back yard.

If it's still happening sounds like your useing soft mounts, they get holes in them the rally men
will tell sounds like having tweetie (spelling) bird under the bonnet, second hand ??? .....

. . When my father rallied his Lancer he got a brass bush made up for the idler, drilled hole put grease nipple in the side, couldn't get any rubbers. My guess is it's the idler arm, saw one on ebay around $80.00 plus postage. :\ . Oh another thing, as the above post get someone to turn the steering...
