In the ACT you'd never get it through rego without an engineering certificate, due to the engine number they will find out its not the factory engine for the car, you'll get recalled to go in and they will fail you for heaps, as for NSW I'm not sure, they'll most likely pull you up on it but theres ...

Vacuum Lines

Hey all! I was wondering if anything can send me through a photo or diagram of the vacuum lines running in and out of the carby and throttle body, a side on photo from the passenger side would be very helpful thank you!

So as it turns out, the previous owner has disconnected the alternator (due to the fact it needs to be replaced) and has put in an aftermarket switch which controls the reverse lights :facepalm: . Hello all, I have a 1974 GC galant in which I am 'restoring'. It is currently running all though not all that well. I only picked it up last week, so at this stage all I've been able to do was get it running and give her a good old clean. Theres very little rust and no body damage so I'm happy about...

So I plan on restoring it and using it as a daily drive, needs a fair bit of work done to the interior but has no body rust and no body damage, picked it up cheap so I'm pretty happy with it
