Re: Head gasket wont fit overbored 4G52

just thinking back I also had the pistons quite proud of the deck at least 1 mm and possibly 1.5 mm but the pistons where machined with an angle around the outer edge and the head was set up with the same angle cut where the pistons became close - with the 0.020 copper gasket there was about 0.5 mm ...

if it's any help I used a ridgecrest copper gasket on my astron build a 4G52 - from memory a 0.020 " thick gasket it worked quite well with just a spay of copper coat and some sealer around the oil return

Imagine you are going around a right hand corner for example and you have a heavy front sway bar but none on the rear. The front will have very little sway but the rear will have heaps and will want to overtake the front, hence oversteer. No mate if you stiffen up the back with a sway bar you will ...

Once flying the throttle is basically left at a setting unless climbing or descending.... so f...

Hey guys, I did want to use the manual adjustment rockers from the Astron 1 but the valves are shorter on the M3 and the angle is all wrong and not much thread left for the lock nut.
