Not to sure what effect you trying to go for, but for me, etch repairs, and prime the whole car, and paint and clear, should be more than enough, but like i said, not sure of the effect your after. The copper oxide colour on the link reminds me of the rat rod look.

I have a GH out west that i have to try and go pick up, i would tow it, but only having a Commodore to tow with, i think the law might have something to say about doing it that way...

I was googling a rotary conversion, and it came up with a link to the site. I had a GH Sigma as my first car, and it was a beast, 1.6L Saturn Motor, 4 speed manual, blue interior, and 100% stock. I loved it, loved the shape, and had big plans for it, but me being stupid, blew the old Saturn, and end...
