Almost time to Drop the Turbo engine in =D

I used hylomar on the block side of the shim and did not use hylomar on the head gasket surfaces.

will pull the head off it either tomorrow or sunday and see where exactly its blown again...

have checked the block and its within specs, head is brand new and has been machined anyway before i put it back together. im thinking its time for a MLG gasket ive used graphite and composite gaskets and both have given up the ghost. yeah i did see the sce gaskets, might grab one and hylomar it to ...

hmm im not really up for o-ringing the block or head, there has to be A nice easy solution to the problem surely...

yeah it was, very surprising how well the paint has aged on this car considering it has never had a respray

have started to prep the car for a transport inspection, decided to give the car a polish with "juice" cut and polish

dont reckon ill do too much to this one, just get it regoed again and not mess with it apart from a stereo (not butchering the interior)

the other GD will cop a decent workover, that thing will be ready to kick in the guts next week be interesting to see how it goes

I have some 17x10's i slammed on there for looks, my other Turbo GD that is almost ready for a respray is getting the rear arches flared and those slammed under it =)

I have thought about running them on this car but i don't want to get pulled up by the rozzers all the time for having a fat A** =)

I plan to re-skin the whole roof myself among other things (Car was originally a vynil top), I will be restoring the car to its orginial condition

Hi all, I joined up mid-late last year after swapping a 4G61T for TurboL200's old soft top GD, so I thought i should give you all an update on the madness that is occurring in the man-cave (Shed) Finally i have cleared a space in the shed to get it out of the weather so that i can start restoring it...

Decided to go out and take a more recent photo of the jero today, still got more work to do to the outside of the car, evo 6 fiberglass bonnet vents arrive this week.
