Yeah thanks, I read that in my Gregory's manual also. Maybe there is just something incorrect about the inlet valve installation or collets/retainer. Seems like a 38mm installed valve spring length would solve my problem.

Update: I just ordered new jets from MikuniOz in Townsville, should arrive this week so I can try them out over the weekend.
I got 4 main jets: Primary 87.5 and 90, Secondary 165 and 167.5. I also got an enrichmentstarter jet 50. Only $6.60 each, not bad.
