Hey guys, I'm currently putting my 2.6 back together and I noticed that the bearings that were removed had the grooved half in the block. Is this how they're supposed to go in? It's just that my thinking is, if the groove is on the bottom - or the main cap, then they'll never go dry as the groove ke...

Soooo, I've removed the manifold, ground down th thermostat housing considerably, and re-fit. Now no air leak! I then gave it to my panel beater -who then tig welded the EGR. Now it's nice and quiet until full throttle when I has a nice deep induction noise. I hope this helps anyone else who plans t...

coogee?? dreeeeeeeeaming! im there too and as a rule of thumb - old jap cars rust.... so no cars or parts - except mine :)
all the wreckers think theyre too good for old mitsy parts.
try anyone past greenacre or the northern wreckers. places like central coast or golbourn are better

back again guys. i did some research into the rx7 brakes pcd on the fc or series 5 is same as sigma, discs bolt up the same as sigma (they're non-floating like the sigma) and the 4 pot calipers bolt up via custom bracket (not much work needed) hearing about crap feel with the commodore caliper, ill ...

I've also, heard dudes running 4pot rx7 calipers, would anyone know what discs THEY use??
Saw a gsr at a car show that said he was running these, and still wore his pepperpot shoes, but I couldn't find him to ask him what discs he used??

Cool, any ideas where to get them? Just rang racebrakes at wetherill park and they don't know of any hubs that would run sigma stud pattern, he said common whore might fit but dunnydores didn't have pepperpots and I do!!!!

yeah i think you're right. the first half of the pedal is a giant sponge, although even spongey is still doing something, its just not hard until 1/2 to 2/3 mark
