Re: Sigma Turbo specific info - links to past threads
Looks like any of the sticky links above with "Archive" in them don't work anymore. The others are still good, so hopefully might still be useful

Re: Are we be back?
The SG Facebook page should be linkable, but it might be too time consuming for admin. If you uploaded a heap of pics there, admin might be able to move them to a "Forum upload folder" or something. The pics could stay in the main visitor feed but they might not have the same context as th...

Re: Are we be back?
Looks like photobucket is long gone - it now wants you to pay to upload photos. I can't see that the forum has an upload option either. So I wonder where you can put pics to link to here.....

Re: Are we be back?
I was thinking about throwing up a thread for everyone to post pics of their current rides and what they used to have back in the day. But I can't figure out how to post pics anymore lol

Welcome mate! I'm in the same boat - had plenty of Mitsi toys earlier in life, sold them all, and now have come full circle and would love another Siggy Turbo but they are now harder to come by!

Re: Original Turbo inlet/exhaust/carby/turbo setup worth?
I guess that's the question - what are sigma turbo owners paying these days? I don't want to buy the gear for too much if it's worth bugger all. Plan would be to slap it all on my stock farm GSR to see how long the motor lasts and/or keep it for a rainy day just in case I ever find another genuine G...

Original Turbo inlet/exhaust/carby/turbo setup worth?
Got a mate who has an original setup collecting dust in his shed - Carby/inlet, cross over pipe, exhaust manifold,Turbo, and hopefully wastegate but not sure yet. I'd assume the turbo may need a recon. I want take it all off his hands but not sure what to offer. What is the gear worth these days....?

What'd I miss? Any OG members still around...?
G'day! It has been a long time! Good to see the forum still ticking along. Was on here a bit back in the day - any old skool members still around? Re-introduction - had plenty of Siggies years ago including: SIG018 - GE Siggy wagon with 4G62BT SIG018 version 2 - the blue GK that is still getting aro...

Nice mate! I'd love an L2 up at my farm instead of my shitty old XF Ute. They never seem to pop up for sale cheap though!

Re: Old Colts now on Facebook :)
Not that I know of mate. Jase created JDM Chrome Car Club ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/JDMChrome/?fref=ts ) which is going strong and he may have done other stuff. The page I have linked is for 60s Colts and is a sister-site to www.oldcolts.com.au which I set up about 10 years ago

Old Colts now on Facebook :)
Check out http://www.facebook.com.au/oldcolts if you're keen for a look. Over time I'm going to move most of the content from the Old Colts website over and try and keep it updated a bit better. Any enquiries that come through for Sigs and Gallys I'll send SG way :) https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaih...

Thanks Dave, will drop the idle next time I'm tuning it and try the adjustment again. Not sure on the Auto setup but sounds logical!

Re: GJ Sigma Carby tuning advice needed
Thanks mate. Weird thing is, I wind the mixture screw in and it stops before the car tries to stall - won't go in any further. My Timing light decided to die so I've attempted to tune by ear. Seems to be running ok, gutless as but I'm assuming that is the 2 litre auto at fault

Re: GJ Sigma Carby tuning advice needed
Thanks mate. Only did it yesterday so no idea on fuel economy yet. Hard to say on rpm too as it's a GL and has a clock rather than tacho. I was aiming for 750ish by sound but it's a guess! The hard bit is the mixture screw - how far to wind it out! Winding it out 1 turn seemed to be the same as 2-3 ...

GJ Sigma Carby tuning advice needed
It's been a while since I tuned a Carby car, and that was my Siggy turbo so it wasn't your typical Carby. My GJ wagz has a different Carby to a GK so my GK manual is no help to me. There are two main adjustment screws - one flat head screw low down near the manifold, and one Phillips head screw near...

GJ Wagon Daily
Hey guys, After moving house last year I sold up most of my toys - the GK Turbo went as did the GH Turbo. This year I decided to get a cheap car to get to work and another Sigma was the natural choice for me. This thing came up cheap and just needed a little love. The back shocks were seized and the...
