I believe the S15 radiator is discussed in this thread. http://www.sigma-galant.com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=11333

Why not order a Gasket off ebay and keep it as a template for your future needs?

You'll need the mounts too. I know on the Astron you need the mounts and timing cover.

Re: Parcel Shelf speakers

You can get spacers that change the angle the units sit at and raise the units. Mate of mine has a couple in his car. He loves them cause all he has to do to the parcel shelf is drill a couple holes. no cutting the shelf.

I'd say it's the teeth on the flywheel then. Had the same in my sigma for a while. We just turned the flywheel around and stuck it back on. Worked fine after that. If I hadn't run it off funds I would of replaced it though.

When you say not engaging, is it grinding the teeth on the fly wheel or not even touching it?

I've just sprayed a can of bug spray for ten seconds or so then closed the car up in the past, always done the trick and it isn't likely to blow a window out like a bug bomb might.

Sounds like a good chance to get all the work to the cars done to me.

They know a fair amount about epilepsy now a days and the treatments work well. I've known a few people with it. Hope it gets all sorted soon might.

Re: What do you get from a tank?

Pretty sure all signa sedans have a 60l tank. The wagons all have the same basic body and the 53l tank. I used to be able to get better then 10/100km in my first GJ at times. Normally got 450 out of a tank of 60l. It was a 2.6 with 5 speed. My current sigma, I'm lucky to get 400km out of it. Though ...

Re: Why did you buy a Sigma, Galant or Lancer?

Got my first sigma over 10 years ago now (is it really that long ago? Damn). A GJ SE sedan. 2.6 with the 5spd. Loved that car so much. Learnt to drive in it. Survived 6 years through a L/P plater behind the wheel. The motor smoked really bad if you took it over 4k rpm, synchros in the gear box was f...

My family only ever run ulp for anything. Though I refuse to use Woolworths ulp unless I have no choice. Then I only put enough in to get me to another servo. I don't know what Woolworths add to their ulp. Always made my pintara run rough as guts and after I got my last sigma, I refused to use the s...

Re: Resurrecting 79 Chrysler Sigma

From memory at least one hose has a T-piece in it, but I can't remember what one(s). I've got a workshop manual I can look at tomorrow. The thermo one isn't very important. It doesn't effect the way the car runs at all, unless it's leaking.

How do they figure the engine in? It's kw? Maybe use a downrated ls1 if you have your heart set on it? I've heard ideas for other v8s being put into sigmas. Toyota, ford, dodge, etc.
