Re: 4G54 swap into Starion
KM132 isnt worth its weight. If you are running 850's, you WILL run out of injector on E85. You need "Bosch Style" injectors. Injectors have come a long way, and when your talkin about moving alot of fuel high impedence is the way to go. I suggest Injector Dynamics. With 400whp I could str...

Re: Astron billet cylinder head
I was gonna stick with the standard lash adjusters. They work great for me and many others, I just want to go to Roller rocker lobes. I was thinking of just filling hydro rollers and drilling them out for the mech adjusters.

Gonna up my feed line to -8. heres my build thread http://www.sqperformance.com/forum/index.php?topic=4.0 you should register there. Ronnie...

Unless your runnin more than 4, 850's wont support your goal, especially on Corn.
As far as EMS, use whatever the tuner is experienced with.

Re: Astron billet cylinder head
Thats amazing. Youve got lots of interest already stirring in the US.
The billet rockers are my concern as well. We had a guy making north of 770whp and said he snapped a couple rocker arms in the 7500rpm neighborhood. A billet mech roller rocker would be top notch.
What are yall doin for a cam?

Re: Nitrous on a 4G54
I dont know which head your running, but these were all hemi head and 8:1CR and lower setups. You can get away with a much larger turbo aswell. The nitrous will help bring it up to speed. But yes, a good tune is needed. Stay a little healthy on the fuel side.

The Turbo G54B LOVES the nitrous! Not sure how the NA block will take it. Make sure to match up the proper plugs and timing.

Re: best turbo for the 2.6
T4 works just fine. It allows the big 4 to breathe. But if you go T3, go with a .7-.8 ar turbine housing. Look into precision turbos. How much do you WANT to spend? For a STREET /Strip setup, Id look into a high 50mm compressor inducer (GT30/PTE58) or Holset HX35 For a Street/ STRIP setup, look into...
