Re: aluminium panelling
I'd be tempted to not fill the holes and get personal plates "GRATER"
But honestly...wouldnt the panels lose all the strength???
And also, the car could look like a golf ball once its painted coz ur painting on a canstantly changing surface aren't u???

Re: aluminium panelling
Aluminium sheet metal is a nightmare. A gauge thin enough to make a replacement body panel will have literally no elastic integrity (if something knocks it, it will not be able to spring back into shape) Ask a panel beater who's (tried) fixed a bonnet on a Skyline... Take a page out of the HQ stock...

Hi guys, As you've probably read, i'm planning on building another GJ wagson with the GJ scorpion nose. Since i wanna keep the original engine, it wont be terribly powerful....but unfortunately it will be a bit of a heavy weight....not good for performance. and since the car will be street registere...

Nah that's a fair call there A112H, i don't mind hearing criticism as long as it's honest.....and like i said, the car didn't exactly become an instant hit...it was more of a 'growing on me' type of car.....but i loved it for the fact it was a modification that I (personally) could do and it still h...

That's not the vic Supercruz....i can't remember when that show was on...but it's pre the personalised plates (they were HASNOS), pre twin exhaust pipes (i had twin 3" chrome dump tips on either side of the car) and also pre interior change....i had the a brown/beige colour scheme and to change...

It had a VERY unusual note.......It was also embarrasssingly slow....but ...

200mph Sigma
Hey guys, I've toyed with the idea of building a (budget) purpose built track car Having said that, i wanted to try and achieve a feat that (at least i'm aware of) has never been done before... I'd like to build a purpose built salt racer out of a GJ,K or N Sigma sedan....and run it to a speed of 20...

Re: 4 door to a 2 door
I also toyed with this idea in getting the GJ Sigma wagon, Grafting on a GH Scorpion front end, and converting the wagon to a panelvan using scorpion doors/starion/cordia doors. (mind you, i wanted a blon V8 with side pipes on it too but that would've been too wild and woulda looked like a hot wheel...

id say 50hp at the push of a button would be a good punch.....even if the motor made 200hp....50hp is still a 25% increase instantly....a good increase in anyones book i'd imagine The only thing i'd be worried about is using the Nitrous often enough that you get used to it and eventually become reli...

cordia front struts
Hi guys, I've recently seen a black cordia racing around the Vic tracks I noticed he had bigger brakes on the front....so after a quick question..he revealed that the car was running stock struts with galant (4 stud) hubs he also revealed that these hubs are the same as a magna (4 stud) hubs. So in ...
