Scorpion hillclimb set up

Hey guys. I have a hillclimb in a couple of months or so and thought i should probably do some work on the scorpion. I've replaced all the ball joints in and bushes in the front end. And was going to get some bendix ultimate (if available) for the brakes and maybe some new rotors. I don't have much ...

fairly certain it was an s14 radiator.

VS commo ones fit in quite well but the in/outlets pipes are in the wrong spot for a 4g

only suggestion would be look at a rack & pinion conversion, if your super keen on power steering.

even then alot of work and many unknowns.

Re: Possible rack and pinion conversion

yeah it does seem that way, choosing the ideal rack seem difficult. I've looking in VW racks at the moment I'm still tossing up between manual or power steering this is a track car not registered (I have a complete P/steerign set up from a sigma in the shed somewhere) I'm still reading up on suspens...

Re: GH sedan vs wagon diff

ok no worries.
I should elaborate a bit.
I bought the shortened r31 skyline diff that was advertised on here, which has used in a gh sedan. I was seeing if this would bolt up to the GJ wagon, which it seems it will. the handbrake arrangement and diff flange will be different any way

cheers guys

Re: GJ Sigma to GE Front end conversion

if your car is a wagon it may fit 'relatively' easy as they are the same width, however if yours is a sedan they are wider than the GE and you would need to cut and fill the grill
