Thanks Superscan i have a oil filter (fairly big one off a rotor ) so is 80 psi idle and 100 psi driving ok oil pressure ? never had an engine run that higher pressure before

Hi all i have just fitted a turbo setup to my scorp and while i have the timing cover off for the balance shaft removal i put a brand new magna oil pump in it and im wondering if i need to be worried about the REALLY high oil pressure its about 80 psi at idle and at least 100 psi at revs (gauge only...

in old cars i like to use the simple method of a wire from each side of the coil to a discreet switch when the switch is open nothing happens but flick the switch and the coil shorts out ( no damage though) but the car will crank but not start it saved my mates car twice the first time they flattene...

2.6 draw through using a T04b .60 front and .70 rear off of one of the holden 6cyl turbo kits rebuilt by Ray Halls in Cairns fed by either the 175cd strommy or a 45mm dcoe webber with a rebuilt M4 head and an arp head stud kit

Thx HEAPS for that mate makes it easy for me got a weber with all the same specs only differance is its got 30mm ckokes and 145 main jets and i kinda worked out the chokes were to small all by myself lol

Ahhh cool might have to start changing stuff in the carb then it was on a 2L turbo running fine but was put straight on a 2.6L turbo so i'm guessing that may be what is limiting my revs to 4500rpm lol
