Re: 4G63 Transmission?

Anyways, :hit: back to the L3oo van. The vans use a remotely shifted 'box. Meaning the shifter is up here at the front, while the gearbox is back there behind the seats. So we don't have to consider the BW box horror stories. The boxes in the vans are quite strong. But they are prone to w...

Got any more pictures? Curious vehicle to say the least. I've seen one of those front spoilers somewhere, but I can't put my finger on it. Are you changing the colour scheme later on?

Re: Manualising power steering box on scorpion.

There's a really good chance that a hydraulic hose maker like Pirtek or Enzed can make your hoses. And will work out a LOT cheaper than original.

Re: Brake pressure

Hi there is a loss of break pressure when i try to stop so when i push the pedal in the first time there is no pressure but the second time i push the pressure is back? Should i bleed the fuel lines? I don't think bleeding the fuel lines will solve the problem. Draining the fuel tank will save the ...

Good Score! Looks like a great start for a project. Don't know what to make of the oversize bumpers. And they wear a different style of tail light. Very helpful crew on this site.

Re: Removing GH ign control unit

Just out of curiousity, why are you doing away with elec. ignition? As for bypassing it, I would have thought it was a simple procedure of finding a pos. wire feeding the module when the key is on the on/start of the key, and ran that to your coil? Could be wrong, as I've been known to.

Hi and welcome to the site. While we're waiting on Flo' to have a shower, why not put up some pics of your ol' GD in the meantime? Sorry ddt,I seem to suck pretty badly at having photos of my previous cars. My brother ended up with a single pic of my old GD. But he's back in jail again, so unfortun...

Re: G'day from the North Coast!

Give it about another 3 or 4 days and Florence will be due for a bash around the head and neck with a cake of soap. Gear gets so grubby living out here. We're just about out of water in our tank, and so are my neighbours. The neighbours I talk to, that is. When I moved out of town, I got each one in...

G'day Dave. On the day of registration, Mummy (the Missus) asked me if I had a nickname for her, and after a couple of minutes pondering the scenery around me,Florence came to mind. Why? I still don't know! As for the 'Disco, credit where credit is due but surprisingly it's been the only vehic...

G'day from the North Coast!

It's always nice to say hi and tell fellow grease monkeys what we're steering, so here I will start. Since starting my trade on Mitsy's many moons ago, they've shown me that the older models are far more appealing for simplicity, style and rear wheel drive. My first Mitsubishi happened to be a TR Ma...
