As for primary and secondary length, i am pretty sure they can be tailored to produce better torque and power in certain places in the rpm band... from memory 4-2-1 is essentially best for daily, and 4-1 producing op...

Could be a good base! cut it at the collector and go 4-2-1... being fwd orientated should help for a tighter bay, and allow you to route the 2 collectors and primaries where you like! Also looks awesome in stainless

I know the l200 came with the 2 piece tailshaft but not 100% sure about the carrier bearing...

5th gear in the hardtop is OD also, so his maths may prove to be about right in regards to final drive ratio... either way 3.3 down from 3.8 should see a small reduction in revs (and fuel...) with out adversley effecting acceleration (especially with a power increase :P ) and increasing top speed! I am almost ready to fit the 5 speed and then she will be mobile under her own MOTORvation...

Haha cheers jase all good tho! I have a 2.0lt flywheel (used to be on your 63 ) but flywheels cant be interchanged - Saturn is 5 bolt and astron 6... But I am hoping the sigma clutch bolts to the Saturn flywheel...

1. Which tailshaft can be used? or do i need to mod one?
2. Which clutch do i need to use? or custom one?
3. Anything else i need to know?
