Re: 4g32 with KM132 what clutch?
Yeah i know the "small" Jap 5 speed has the same output and input shafts as the 4 speed, but i got an km132-9 which is essentially a starion box in the narrow casing... meaning it had the large input and output shafts... making it a slight pain in the arse to run with the 4g32 flywheel! Bu...

Re: Sirius DOHC
Interesting! good job on the pics and this could be another option to mod for Jase! As for primary and secondary length, i am pretty sure they can be tailored to produce better torque and power in certain places in the rpm band... from memory 4-2-1 is essentially best for daily, and 4-1 producing op...

Re: Sirius DOHC
Could be a good base! cut it at the collector and go 4-2-1... being fwd orientated should help for a tighter bay, and allow you to route the 2 collectors and primaries where you like! Also looks awesome in stainless
Great work

HAHA good luck with that one jase! i am pretty sure there is nothing DOHC in the sirius family that was rwd... Best bet if they are the same exhaust flange is an l200 (early 80s?) They had the SOHC here (you may be lucky that these come out DOHC in the US but i doubt it!). You may have to go full cu...

5th gear in the hardtop is OD also, so his maths may prove to be about right in regards to final drive ratio... either way 3.3 down from 3.8 should see a small reduction in revs (and fuel...) with out adversley effecting acceleration (especially with a power increase :P ) and increasing top speed! 4g32 with KM132 what clutch?
Hey guys i have picked up an L200 KM132 to put in the coupe behind the 4G32... but i have a couple questions...
1. Which tailshaft can be used? or do i need to mod one?
2. Which clutch do i need to use? or custom one?
3. Anything else i need to know?
Cheers
