a small bit of info i got back........you might need a drum brake front hub to install the LA hubs.

Craig from old colts has a few with drums ( if ya watching could you measure some for us)

the diff is the same 5 stud set up. early lancer diff's bolt in but you have to pump the rear guards or cut a little bit off the ends of the diff i have had a quick look for some more modern measuring devices to do a re check but i can not find them. for me it is something i have been toying with fo...

ok....hope this helps outer Bearing internal measure 19mm inner bearing internal 25mm stub axle from base to thread 64mm the std disc is 22.5cm across and 8.5mm thick taking the brake caliper off to measure....................held on with bolts and nuts and you have to remove a brake line to get the...

go a weld in cage. you can get a basic 6 point cage for around $1500 and all you have to do is paint it. there is a guy who spent the same money then spent hours trying to fit it. as for mr trees post about poor welding have a pic of a home made cage and the poor weld job done on it a pillar http://...

on the RX-7 front. i had to move mine so i could mow the grass that was coming out from under it.......it no start, put fuel in it, no start. notice no fuel is getting into the carbie but the acel pump is leaking, fixed the acell pump, it no start, clean out the bit where the acell pump inserts fuel...

at that stage it was a old 1600cc motor with a 32/36 weber. smoke started to blow out the back a few months later.....but i have no pic's of that sorry.

just remember it was the so called "Minister" who made the new laws, the RTA are really pissed. as i have read in many places this will effect most if not all farmers, the SES, the bush fire fighters( who have modded 4WD's to carry the extra weight), ambo's, telstra, state rail, etc etc et...

thats what gives me the shits.....it was re sleeved 2 years ago. the clutch is fine, it was done at the same time. i have aprox 2 and a half colts + a heap of brake and clutch parts( they just need to be reco'd). there are lots of parts that are interchangeable between the early models and there are...
