Re: fitting gs dash (just so ya no!)
Well at least the one I sold works perfectly :D I'm still wondering where did these clusters come from. Certainly not Japan (should be kph instead of mph) and I'm almost certain we never received the GS. All GAs I've seen here are 1400 models and the GB has different dashboard. I'm kinda hoping to f...

Need pics of Sigma Dash Cluster
I have someone on another forum looking for a GE dash with extra gauges - ammeters, oil pressure gauge etc (from a Jap version). How does Aussie Sigma dash look like? Please post some pics
Thanks

Re: Quad 38mm Motorbike carb's on an Astron
Oohh I love these carbies, easier to tune than 'traditional' sidedraughts.. I will seriously consider installing a set to my next olskool ride as I have two pairs of them under my bed :D Here's a video of my brother's Proton Tiara (Citroen AX) with 16v Saxo VTS engine and a set of 40.8mm ZZR1100 car...

Re: GA and GB differences
Well, our GB has 16L-style dashboard
Haven't seen any GA around in ages to notice the differences. Must have extinct!

Re: Tronde from Leipzig is here
Hello and welcome!
We don't have a placed name Leipzig here in Malaysia but we do have Opel Rekords! Not your model but the model before yours. Popular as taxis (diesel) back then. Also have older models, the rounded one.

Re: the latest piece of the puzzle..
We used to have a lot of these old factory turbo engines.
If I'm not mistaken, some were carb-fed rather than injected?
I quite like the idea of retaining the original engine and turbocharge it for more power.
Used to do this to the Mk2 Escort years ago

Re: Fender Mirrors
To my knowledge, the bullet ones like Affa posted above were fitted to the GS-R. Having said that, they could have been fitted to other models too 'cos we have quite a few of these mirrors here and no GS-R! http://www.rally-spirits.com/tenji/lancer1600gsr.jpg Lesser models were fitted with the prett...

Check the fuses in the fusebox - connection etc. The problem usually lies there.
