I have a dash out of a GH Sigma in a L200 ute fitted perfectly all the curvatures(windscreen) are the same and pretty sure the pillow to pillow distance is the same,
just had to alter the pedalbox slightly.
Cant see why it can't be done.

Re: L200 power steering
And what about the steering column
You put a power steering box(which are longer) into a L200
and the column wont mount into the holes in the dash steele frame.
And you have to have the mounting points on the motor as suggested above.

Re: Wideblock 5 spd in a GE
Try this one. Wide block motor into ge sigma will fit with wide bellhousing gear box from a 2.6 scorpion . no probs. Narrow block Motor. 5 spd box from a L200 Narrow same length. Input shaft bigger (need clutch to suit, same as Borg/Warner clutch) tailshaft spline different than sigma. That jap box ...

Re: question for scorpion fans
interchange NO well not easierly. 81 has a headlight frame that is spot welded (which you would have to remove) to the radiator support panel.
The GK has a headlight support frame which is bolted in four places. "It is possible"
Sigmas forget it total different mounting points.

Re: inside of guards
It's a weather strip to stop water/dirt from being blasted in between the inner guard and the outer guard panel,
it should have rubber mounted on it.

May be shooting a bit high on the price, may have to rethink that in order to sell.
There have been a few around for sale lately .
It does look original and unmolested.

Check the air output rate, I have a little 2hp 24l tank and it does the little jobs like spray a guard or door, sand-blasting in short bursts ok. But when it comes to the big
jobs I fire up the 18cfm compressor.

You wouldn't happen to know where the belt goes would you? [/quote]
Look for a smaller pulley (closer to the timing cover) behind the one with the waterpump/alternator belt.
If not one there, have to source one.
