speedo cable question

hey guys. is there any difference between the manual speedo cable and the auto speedo cable? i'm going from a 2.0L auto in my GE to a 5 speed jap box. i took the cable out of the manual car incase i need it, but am unsure if there is any difference.

thanks guys

i heard it was which ever is newer. . the recieving car or the engine. .thats why i was going to run a rotary that was older than my 78 GE (prob a 12a) so i would only have to meet emmissions the car came with.

Re: Direct fuel injection

easy as. a lot of members have done this on here including me a few times. depends on how much work you can do yourself and what ECU you will run, you can prob get away with it for $700 to $1000 on the cheap. .
