Hi all
I have a proplem with my 2lt sigma
it has a wax palte solex Carby

When the car is under load the car lags/ cuts
out what is my problem?

Any help or suggestions would be much
appriciated

well it turns out nothing from a 1983 sigma fits a 1978 springs dont fit shockers (they were the heavy duty ones to) dont fit all up $90 wasted unless i can sell them for that much but i used old shocks they were not that bad now it is sitting just right thanks to pedders sports riders cheers 1978si...

i took my strut off yester day and wfo ever said 83 springs would fit is wrong

any way will sell them any way

i went down to the wreckers and got the springs (full pedders set up)
and the strut cartridge and wondering if the cartrige will fit my ge sigma
i looked on the internet and i think they will
but would like a second opinion

hay mate i put a central looking kit in my ge sigma but i had some trouble with the rear left locking mechanisam so i got some ge greser and scrubed away all the old gunky greas and replaced with fresh stuff this freed up the mechanisum your locking system might be hard to move because of buid up th...

thanks mate yer took me ages to get it smoth and the right shape (first time i did any panel work) was very pleased with my self. yer treated the in side hopfully it will last another 31 years

what set up do you have

i only had to paint a little bit at the bottom of the front qauter panels (rust) it was not like i was painting my whole car 4 what i paid i am very pleased and going over in clear and will be good enough 4 me! i thought it was all right have a look! http://s896.photobucket.com/albums/ac169/1978_sig...

if you need to do some touch up work and can not afford to get it done auto barn does some allright mixing of paint in to arosole can 300ml for $30 dollars

i just connected it to the top of the fuse clip on the wiper washer fuse it is a 15 amp fuse so willl do the job just fine u just have to cut out a little v in the cover to fit the wire through

done this my self and has ben working fine since i instaled it
