Hi Guys i am currently get my sigma turbo number 257 restored, at some stage it has had a front end accident and the bonnet replaced with a standard gh bonnet anyway i need to find out where the bonnet vents are meant to be located. if anyone that has a gh turbo could you do me a favour and measure ...

is there a rebuild kit you can buy for a factory turbo wastegate?

or is it not worth it and better off getting a new one?

i am building a 2.6 turbo motor at the moment and i was talking to one bloke who told me not to put in a race oil pump because they can cause your oil to frof up during hi rpms which is no good... has any one heard of this happening???

also is there any recomended pumps to use?

do you need to modify the standard dizzy so that it retards the timing on boost? if so who does it and how much roughly would it cost?

Im putting an evo 4 4g63t into my sigma... just wondering whether anyone else has done this before?
i no a fair few people have put older style 4g63s in but havnt seen any new style...

efi intercooler astron 1 i think... out of a 84 gsr?

i hjave an m7 head i was just wasnt sure wether it was the best head to go with....

iv heard that the factory manifold has a different type flange to the new style?
is this true?
if so is it easy to make an addaptor flange?

what head for a 4g54 would be best for turbo?

Wouldn't that stop the air/fuel mixture getting to the engine, rather than slowing down the turbo to limit boost? Just do it normal!

the gh im doin fuel injection set up bigger turbo forgies the works and the gsr lol not much at the moment its just in storage... future project maybe lol.

im going for 250rwkw minimum in the gh so should be sweet
