So did dirtygalant ever finish his 6G72 engine swap? Which transmission ended up in the car, Toyota or Mitsubishi Triton?
Has anybody made bellhousings for Toyota transmissions behind 6G7x engines?

3.0 V6 ???
Does anyone know if the Mitsubishi 3.0L V6 engine (Montero, 3000GT, etc.) will bolt to the manual transmission that came with the 2.6L?

Re: Is a Sigma manual steering box the same as a Scorpion?
I think the little Mitsubishi pickup truck made during the same years used the same steering.
The Montero uses a lot of other parts that are the same, especially engine parts.

Re: Negative camber for better handling
havent had an alignment yet and dont know how the tyre wear will go. You need to readjust the toe when you do it because it changes the toe a little. Toe is really the only thing that is adjustable on these cars, so I do it myself by taping a couple sticks to the tires and measuring between the end...

Negative camber for better handling
On my 1981 GJ, I changed the camber by knocking the locating pins out of the strut tops and rotating them 180 degrees. This is for the models with four bolts at the top of the strut and an oval shaped hole for the strut to go through. When I got KYB strut tops, they actually came with the locating p...

Alternator Upgrade - 75 Amp
I have a 1981 Sapporo, and I just upgraded the alternator from the original 50 amp to a 75 amp. Source, 1986 Starion, with intercooler, before May 1986. They switched the plug halfway through 1986. The early one has the T-shaped plug, so it fit perfectly. I think it was originally made by Bosch. Par...

Need your help, Pictures and info for Wikipedia.
I need some original pictures (not stolen from a website) of unmodified GJ cars (Galants, Scorpions, Sapporos, Challengers) to pick the best for Wikipedia. High res, good light, no people in the car, etc. Some ass has appointed himself moderator and won't let me use press photos even though I got of...

8" +0 will fit but you may need thin spacers depending on the tires. Not a problem.
7" +4 wheels fit perfectly. (Rota RB wheels)
