5 stud front conversion options.
Ok, So after being at the drags yesterday and getting overwhelmed with all the modified cars in the field and talking to Phil with his turbocharged LS1 gk sigma I need to go a 5 stud front conversion for 2 reasons, 1 bigger front brakes and 2 wheel options. I remember seeing on the old site (Jesus t...

Re: MY GJ SIGMA TURBO 4G63 2.4L TH350 Engine swap
After years of the turbo 2.6L / W55 supra combo I have decided to do another engine swap on the car. Since the drag racing scene is back in adelaide im converting the GJ into a drag car. Not full blown with a shoot but half way between street car and drag car. Its been a while since ive posted on he...

4G63 Front thermostat relocation with water gallery mod.
I know this has been posted up in the past with people using the Jay racing re location kits and in my opinion is a awesome simple modification for anyone wanting to go down the path of fitting a twin cam engine to a RWD mitsi but has anyone done the water gallery modification to the head that old m...

A/C with 2.6 and TP magna inlet manifold?
Just want to know if anyone has fitted a TP EFI inlet manifold on a 2.6 4g54 and managed to keep the Air conditioning compressor? I'm looking at buying a GE hopefully this weekend and going to put my old 2.6 setup in it but want the comfort of a/c for this weekend cruiser

Anyone had the power steering box overhauled before? I have taken mine in and nearly fell over with the price quoted to just put a seal kit through it!! One place quoted 675 and the other was 495!! Anyone been quoted similar prices? mine was only dripping a bit of fluid from the top adjusting nut...

Re: Cottees' 1987 Sigma GN GSR Super Edition
unless you actually put some oil in that oil pump (prime it up) I can guarantee when u start that car up you will not have any oil pressure. Also did you use a balance shaft delete kit? There is a mettal ring insert you need to put in the opening of the top balance shaft to block up the oil gallery.

your radiator is at least 20% blocked. Flushing it is a waist of time, only real way of fixing it without getting a new radiator is to remove the tanks and manually clean the cores in the radiator. Been there done that...

Cheers guys. So far its 200Kw ATW but in saying that, that was the output on the dyno at Mildrens witch is known to rob a few ponys from your ride so as for the next tune im prob gonna go to the king for mitsi's Steve knight, but still uncertain at this stage. The nos will only prob be a 50HP shot, ...

Re: starion pwr steering to sigma
Ive got the JA Starion Pump on my GJ sig mounted down the bottom of the motor. Had to use the starion pump as my Sig one was causing the power steering fluid to boil under high RPM even with a proper cooler on it so i mounted a external tank (the starion pump has a fitting so the tank is attached to...
