Hey mate,
not to sure what state your in but moorabbin springs in Vic charges $220 a pair they will reset your leaf springs to any height and had an extra leaf and a $120 to reset the front springs
you will need to remove and refit for this price,
extra cost for them to do it

Hey mate, when you say new starter motor, is it brand new off the shelve, or is it brand new reco off the shelve the reason why if it is reco it could be faulty starter or (maybe the solarnoid) or like Torana68 said it could be a loose or broken battery leads. Hey silmayurbo, :) I am pretty sure your going to have problems with the evo 4 set up beening that the exhaust and inlet are in reverse to the evo1,2,3 I'm asuming if the manifolds are in reverse so is the starter motor and if that is the case it would not bolt up to a standard sigma gear box I pret...
